Juliana & Thomas' Wedding in Staunton, VA

Getting Ready:

The day started at Juliana’s Airbnb at Heritage Hill Bed & Breakfast, 1169 Sherwood Avenue, Waynesboro, VA, 22980, where I hung out with Juliana and her girls as they sipped coffee, ate snackies, applied finishing touches, and shared moments of happiness (and nerves- just a little). These candid morning moments—the details, laughter, hugs, and tiny bits that made Juliana's morning.

The Ceremony:

After we spent the morning with Juliana, we headed to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parish, 118 N. New Street, Staunton, VA, 24401, where Juliana and Thomas exchanged vows surrounded by family and friends. Mind you in the most gorgeous Catholic church ever. The emotional energy in the room was palpable, and I captured the raw, unposed moments: joyful tears, proud smiles, and loving glances that will be remembered forever. I have never cried so much at a wedding, until this day.

Venue Arrival & Details:

After the ceremony, the celebration continued at the Gaie Lea, 267 Bells Lane, Staunton, VA, 24401. We arrived at the venue- lush greenery, pretty sparkiling water, and the space provided the perfect amount of cozy to bring in all the guest, and beautiful details.

The Couple:

Nothing beats golden hour portraits and couple shots! The warm sunlight did its thing, and Juliana and Thomas brought their A-game to every photo. From quiet, intimate moments together to playful interactions and genuine laughter, my couple took the best photos. The light, the love, and their personalities made every shot feel effortless and magical.

The Reception & Celebration:

As the night went on, laughter and dancing filled the air. I focused on capturing both the big, joyful moments and the small, intimate interactions—hand squeezes, whispers, and candid smiles—that tell the full story of Juliana and Thomas’s love.
